Delaware looks like the next east coast state to get medical marijuana. Their law passed in 2011 but was never implemented due to fear of federal interference. The revised law allows for one compassion center for the entire state. In addition, the state-licensed center would be limited to growing 150 plants and have no more than 1500 ounces of medicine on hand.
